Website information
Website content is provided for general awareness and may not reflect every amendment, notification, portal change or individual circumstance. It is not a substitute for professional advice.
No automatic engagement
Submitting a form, sending a message or using a calculator does not create a professional-client relationship. An engagement begins only after TrustLedger confirms scope, fees, responsibilities and required information.
User responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete and lawful information, review drafts and computations, meet document timelines and independently approve submissions before filing where approval is required.
Government portals and third parties
Processing times, approvals and availability of government or third-party systems are outside TrustLedger’s control. No registration, refund, approval or processing timeline is guaranteed unless expressly required by law.
Intellectual property and acceptable use
TrustLedger branding and original website material may not be copied, misrepresented or commercially reused without permission. You must not interfere with website security or use it for unlawful purposes.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, TrustLedger is not responsible for decisions based solely on general website content or for interruptions caused by third-party systems. Service-specific responsibility is governed by the confirmed engagement.
